Yesterday morning I decided to head out for the sunrise choosing Owler Tor a location that only required a short walk to get to. The temperature was minus 5 so it was a bit of a shock to the system leaving a warm bed to get there. Arriving at the location I could see some cloud drifting in and colour already developing so was feeling optimistic for some good conditions. I had a walk round looking for potential compositions then set up my camera for this vertical shot looking over the Tor. The sky started to blaze with colour casting a soft pink glow over the frozen landscape capturing this shot 15 minutes before the sunrise.
