Yesterday morning I headed out for the sunrise and with it being a Bank Holiday ventured to High Neb on Stanage Edge as this is a lesser visited location so should be quiet (I didn’t see another soul). It’s a good pull to get up there and I arrived about 30 minutes before sunrise to clearing skies and bitterly cold temperatures. This was taken about 20 minutes before the sunrise looking down the length of Stanage as the pre dawn colour was coming through creating some lovely soft tones.
