Yesterday morning with fog forecast I was up early heading over to the Winnats Pass for the sunrise, there was certainly plenty of fog in the village as well as a keen frost so as I was scraping the ice off the car windows I was looking forward to getting up there and taking a few photos. luckily as I drove up Winnats Pass I emerged from the fog to see clear skies so I knew I was in for a treat. This was the view looking down over the Pass about 30 minutes before sunrise where I was getting some lovely pre dawn colours and if you look closely you may spot another photographer also taking his picture which also gives scale and an idea of the size of Winnats Pass.
