I arrived just as the sun was disappearing behind a wall of cloud and that looked like that would be the last chance to see any sun for the rest of the evening.
Luckily for me after waiting for around 20 minutes it managed to break free for just a moment and the transformation was instant producing some rich warm light and a lovely contrast between the highlighted grasses and deep shadows in the foreground.
That was it for the evening it was only a short moment but certainly worth it.
