Day 1 of my trip up to the Lake District and I started with a hidden gem, the old mill at Borrowdale. I set off early which was a good as the rain held off until I had finishing taking my pictures. It was a bit of a scramble to get here but we’ll worth it to see the mill building surrounded by moss covered rocks and trees and a great start to the week ahead.
