A trip to the top of Cave Dale taken on a fantastic misty morning earlier this month. I started the day standing at the top of Pindale photographing the sunrise over the Cement works which was stunning then made my way over the fields to get above Cave Dale, from here you get a fantastic view over Peveril Castle standing proud on the opposite side of the Dale. I reached this location during the golden hour with the low sun adding a nice bit of colour to the sky while the low lying mist created separation from the Great Ridge on the far side of the Hope Valley.
