Monday morning I was up again for the sunrise and I headed up to my favourite tree on Lawrence Field, there was a good amount of cloud when I arrived but I could see the colour developing so I was feeling confident that the sunrise would turn out pretty well. I set up my tripod choosing some nice heather in my foreground and the tree on the third and enjoyed watching the changes as the sunrise drew nearer just myself and a few hundred thousand midges.
