I was up early yesterday morning and headed out for the sunrise. The forecast was for heavy cloud so I wasn’t expecting much but as I walked over the moor towards Stanage I could see a slither of colour on the horizon. I moved up onto the top of Stanage Edge where you get an unobstructed view of the sky where I was blessed with a fantastic sunrise producing some stunning colour and a big grin on my face.
