Friday evening I walked over Derwent Edge heading to the Salt Cellar for the sunset. The light was stunning and with the heather as good as any I’ve seen and really enjoyed shooting the classic location. I set off back as the light was fading and was rewarded with a fantastic afterglow giving a vibrant orange glow over the horizon which looked amazing against the new heather.
