Thursday morning after looking outside at 2am and seeing thick mist in the valley I decided it would be worth chancing a sunrise so I was up again at 4am and headed over to Winnats Pass. Walking over the fields towards the pass I could see some lovely pre dawn colour developing so was excited with the prospects of the coming sunrise. I reached Winnats Pass and was making my way towards my intended spot when I noticed a sheep giving me the eye against a lovely colourful backdrop of the dawn sky so I quickly set up my camera to take its picture.
