Thursday night and with a super moon predicted I checked to see where it would appear which was going to be over the houses on Sheffield Road, luckily I would get a great view from the Velux window on the top floor of my house. All I had to do then was get my camera ready with my longest lens and wait for the moon to appear. I think the shot worked out really well having the row of houses in the frame to give scale and interest and especially since it was all done from home.
