New Year’s Eve morning I was up for the final sunrise of 2019 and went up into the fields above Ladybower for the classic view over Ashopton viaduct. I set up my camera but with thick cloud the sun didn’t quite come through although it did manage to produce a bit of nice colour over Bamford Edge while the passing sheep gave a welcome addition to my foreground.
