Saturday was a mainly wet grey day but I was keen to get out
after all the recent rain so I headed over to Padley woods to see
what remained of the autumn colour. I had a good wander through
the woods and I came across these old moss covered knurled oak
trees which I thought made a great natural frame for this lovely
ancient woodland.
