Up early before sunrise and with fog down in the Hope Valley there was only
one location I was interested in so I headed up onto Winnats Pass to watch the dawn develop. The conditions were perfect with a lovely rich band of orange and pink running across the horizon and thick blanket of mist down overCastleton I set up my camera ready to photograph the glorious day unfold. Seeing the vehicle lights illuminating the road as they drove through the Pass I decided to capture this movement as a continuous light trail to add an extra slash of colour to my composition.
