One from my last visit to Padley woods with Andy. I'd just got a new torch (BLF Q8 @ 5000 lumens) so was keen to try it out. To capture this image I set up the light on a tripod with an orange gel up in the woods behind Andy positioned to backlight him and create his silhouette. I then opened the shutter to capture the first part of the image, with the shutter still open I then put on the lens cap to prevent any more light getting in. My camera was mounted on the rotation tool so I turned it through 180 degs made my way back up to the torch swapped the orange for a blue gel then back to my camera. The lens cap was then removed to capture the second part of the image producing this shot straight out of camera. I'm really pleased with the result and love the way the sky is showing through the trees.(Olympus EM-1 mkii 7-14mm f/2.8 pro 20 secs Live composite over 6 minutes f/2.8 @ 8mm)
