I arrived about 40 minutes before the sunrise, it was still pretty much dark with heavy cloud cover and it didn't look too promising at first but as the sunrise got nearer the sky took on some lovely deep red and pink hues giving me a few photographic opportunities before the sun broke over the horizon ready for me to capture this shot of the rocks and moorland with the distant view over to Higger Tor and Millstone Edge
